James Roobottom // Managing Director

James established the practice in 2011 after many years of working for large practices designing high end residential and commercial architecture in various countries.  Originally from North Wales he graduated and remained working in the Leeds/Huddersfield area until 2004 before he decided to become an expat and lived in Bermuda for 7 years.  In Bermuda he was responsible for designing residential housing, swimming pools, boat docks and hotels.  James is now responsible for the day to day running of the practice and has a keen interest in Retrofit and Passivhaus builds.  When not working he likes to spend time with the family on the water.
