Planning for new Lodge Park
We have been working on a new lodge park for an existing client and area pleased it has now been submtited to Conwy Council. Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of North Wales, the lodge park has been carefully crafted to promote sustainability and preserve the region’s rich natural heritage. At the core of the design is a stunning pond, which serves as both a visual focal point and a key element in the park's ecological approach.
Sustainability is a guiding principle in the lodge park’s design and operation. The lodges will be built using environmentally friendly materials, with energy-efficient technologies incorporated into their design. Solar panels, ground-source heat pumps, and rainwater harvesting systems have been installed to reduce the development’s carbon footprint. The park is also designed to encourage low-impact living, with waste management and recycling programs in place to ensure that guests contribute positively to the environment during their stay.
